Truly enjoyed the long weekend break last week, and I certainly hoped that it had been a fruitful start of the new year for my Chinese friends. Met up with my cousin, Lady Rockish, during the eve. Though we knew that the shops would be closed early, we decided to meet all the same and really had a blast just sitting down and chatting over chocolate ice blended and brownies (had been craving for them for weeks) at Coffee Bean. "We should do it more often, girl"

Got a chance to watch the movie "Sepet" too. It won an award - wanna see what the fuss was all about. I liked the story and after watching it, Gubra made more sense now that when I did catch it the last time round. Liked the feeling of love shown in the films - wonder when I would ever be so lucky. Nah, just don't think about it. And got a chance to talk to Ibu Amin after so long. Hadn't had a chance to catch up and really talked coz we were just so busy with werk and had our own lives to lead. Agreed to sms each other once a week for updates. Incidentally, the present that I bought for him (birthday was a week after my sis's) was too big. Shucks, I am a wreck at choosing baby clothing. Hope to see him wear it someday and looking smart.

Looking forward to another looooong weekend holiday. Wanna wish my two closest sidekicks - Mrs Maha Bodhi and Jewel Mummy(ha2! they know what I mean) a happy and prosperous year ahead. May the new year bring you much happiness and peace gals.
