Ok, I must admit. Technically, my blog is dead. Or was lifeless that is until now. It's been kind of a mixed month of October for me. September ended on a high, the eve of Hari Raya especially was kinda interesting - what with us putting up our noose segment without much practice. Still, doing it was a blast. Truly enjoyed myself that day. To all involved, yeah, we did it!

Syawal this year started kinda slow. We didn't go out much, waiting for our cousins to arrive as usual on the first day. After that, more visitors came to our place instead of us going to theirs. Guess it's due to commitment to work and exams. But we managed to spend time in Johor after a long while. Met up with dad's side of the family - aunts, uncles, cousins and their families. Cars envoy to from place to place. Each of them increasing their family size except for me. Ha2! As usual. Questions and concern are normal I guess. It's part and parcel of meeting up after a long while. Still, the whole experience was enriching.

Then came the dreaded day. What started to me as a routine visit turned out to be more than that. I remembered it was raining heavily when I had to make my way back. I was in a state of shock. Didn't really have much time to think but it was done. Had a few days to rest after that but had to walk around bandaged. People looked at me strangely. Guess it's normal huh when you saw something that was not common. After that, had to go back and forth to the hospital. I guess I will have the mark of that incident for a long while yet. But I believe, everything always happens for a reason. I am thankful that it's not as daunting as feared and this experience has made me appreciate life better and be thankful for what I have.

After that, it's been busy and packed with stuff till now. I am going to sit for my exams soon. Better hit the books soon. Hope I will do well. Wish me all the best yah... Hazy
