Have you ever felt trapped before? Caught in between situations that you cannot really control. It's a frustrating feeling really being in between and not knowing where to go or what to do about it. What's worse is the fact that you don't really want to be there but is in no position to decide. Sometimes, you're there just because you happen to be there - caught in between a division of two sides for example. Or simply, not knowing what to do given the choices presented to you - settle for something less just because it's there and willing to be available to you or persist and wait for something that you really desire even though there are no strong signs that it may be yours. Having the capacity to choose between your desired fulfillments in life and remaining stagnant in your current situation with no breakthrough. Life is never perfect that's for sure and we must be grateful for what we have, there's no doubt about that. But if only sometimes, there can be a bit of equality and sense of it all. Happiness shared, people viewing and respecting each other as equals not foes, being able to recognise one's inner characteristics instead of just outward appearance....it might just make things more bearable and where we live a better place to live in. Hope that there will be ways to get out of this rut. If not, it will only make you sink deeper and remain trapped till you finally realise that you cannot get out.
