Yesterday, I went for something that initially I did not intend to go for. But I was glad that I did coz I had a good time listening to the speaker speak and give her insights on happiness. Never thought that I could enjoy myself although I was groaning about dragging myself out of bed so early the days before. But listening to her and the way she presented this, it did not make me even realise that time had passed by just like that and before I knew it, it was time to head home. Here's what I've gathered from this:

(1) We should always be grateful for what we have although there are many obstacles that we have to face in our lives.

(2) We should never focus on what we lack but instead focus and do things for ourselves that will make us happy.

(3) We must trust our intuition.

(4) We must love ourselves first in order for others to love us.

(5) We must do good upon others and we will get good things back in return.

(6) And as said by Pretty Mummy, well in my case at least (and I do agree with her), we must learn to say 'NO' if we really dun feel like it.
